A quiet conversation about licensing, mentorship, and building something of your own.
You do not need an insurance background. You do not need to be a salesperson. You do need to care about people, be coachable, and be willing to learn.
This page is for people who are newly licensed, thinking about getting licensed, or simply wondering whether insurance and financial services could become a real path forward.

A small, intentional group of people learning to help families.
I'm building a small, intentional group of people who want to learn how to help families with life insurance, mortgage protection, retirement conversations, and long-term financial security.
Some people come from sales. Some from healthcare, real estate, customer service, ministry, corporate jobs, stay-at-home parenting, military life, or completely different backgrounds. That's fine. The right person can be trained.
Flexible work, meaningful conversations, and a skill set that grows with you.
This business can be a fit if you want flexible work, meaningful conversations, income potential, and a skill set that can grow with you over time.
It is not easy money. It is not magic. But for the right person, it can become a serious second income, career change, or long-term business.
Three honest starting points.
No required path and nothing to sign up for. We meet you wherever you actually are.
You're curious, not committed. We talk through what licensing looks like, what the work actually involves, and whether it fits your life.
You have your license but need direction, training, scripts, mentorship, and a simple way to start.
You want to treat this like a real business and learn how to talk with families, follow up, protect clients, and grow.
I wasn't always in insurance.
For most of my career, I wasn't in insurance.
I spent two decades helping businesses solve technology and communications challenges in the corporate world. Like many people considering a career change, I had a stable job, a predictable paycheck, and a path that seemed clear.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in helping people directly. I saw families working hard, raising children, paying bills, and doing their best, yet many lacked the protection and planning needed when life took an unexpected turn.
That realization led me into the insurance and financial services industry.
What attracted me wasn't sales. It was education. It was the opportunity to sit across from real people, understand their goals, and help them make informed decisions about protecting their families and preparing for the future.
One thing I've learned is that the best agents rarely come from insurance backgrounds.
I've met successful agents who were nurses, teachers, military veterans, real estate professionals, small business owners, corporate employees, and stay-at-home parents.
What they shared wasn't industry experience. They cared about people. They were willing to learn. They followed through on commitments.
If you're exploring a career change, looking for additional income, or simply curious about what this profession looks like, I'd be happy to have a conversation.
No pressure. No hype. No obligation.
Just an honest discussion about whether this business might be a fit for your goals and your life.
A candid look at fit.

The goal isn't to convince everyone. It's to help the right people determine whether this profession aligns with their goals, personality, and season of life.
Twenty or thirty minutes. That's it.
We'll talk about your background, what you're looking for, and whether this path makes sense. No pressure, no script.
Nothing shared, nothing forwarded.
